• No CSS control at all. So my text for this widget is the same color as the background and can’t be seen. There is no separate CSS file for this so I’d have to work on fixing it and I just can’t be bothered. SOME markup is needed, however basic it may be.

    Hi Indione,
    as stated inside the plugin FAQ (showing some samples), CSS control is absolutely granted, you’ve just to add your custom rules inside your theme style.css file targeting the .really_simple_twitter_widget class.

    The absence of a separate CSS file is due to performance reasons (to avoid an external file inclusion).

    You’re right, SOME markup is needed, and usually any theme style.css file includes some basic rules, making the “Really Simple Twitter Feed Widget” appearance very close to the other widgets.

    I’m sorry for your displeasure, the majority of users likes the plugin simplicity and neatness.
