    Congratulations on your work.
    We have reviewed the functionalities of this very interesting plugin.
    But we did not find something that is essential for us.
    We have done several tests and many things do not work, we will continue testing.

    • Can we select the user role to send the reminder to leave their review?
      We want to prevent rating reminder emails from reaching users with the EDITOR profile, for example, is it possible to do this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Yes, it is possible. You can go to Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab:
    – Enable for Roles: Specific roles
    – Roles: Select the role to send the review reminder.

    Please excuse the delay in responding, I had some external problems.
    I have not been able to do any tests yet, please allow me this week to try to do the tests.
    I am still sick and cannot return to work.

    Hello.
    I’m sorry for the delay.
    I’ve been testing, and I’m sorry to say that the notifications to the customers DO NOT ARRIVE.
    I have followed the steps in the instructions I found, but after several attempts and several orders, the notification to the user to rate the orders never reaches me.
    I guess I must be doing something wrong.
    I don’t mean to say that it’s a problem with the Plugin
