Can we assign post to registered user

    Hello All,

    Thanks for the nice plugin.. I have been looking one like this. And i am glade that my search stops here.

    I want all my guests and registered user to post from front end. But if the post is submitted by registered user the post should appear against his/her name rather than the default name i have selected for guest user. May i know if this is possible through this plugin.

    Hi iavinash, yes that should be possible with the free version. Have a look at the settings for username, it should be possible to configure what you have described.

    Thanks Jeff,

    To the best of my knowledge i have following settings but still its not working as i am exception. Could you please have a look once.

    1. User Name : Show => But dosent show in front end
    2. Categories : Guest Post => but it takes the default value i have set at wordpress writing setting (Default Post Category)
    3. Assigned Author : Avinash => But i want this to be overridden in case the post is submitted by registered user but its not working.
    4. Use registered username for author? : Checked => ut as i said it is still taken the Assigned User i have set in previous step.

    Hi Jeff,

    I tried again after clearing all chache and its working fine. Thanks once again for this plugin and keeping it free. 5 Starts from me.
