Can we also chat manually with visitors

  • I just want to know that can we chat manually with visitors also?
    Do you have any app we can install in Mobile and chat with visitors like tawk or tidio etc?

    Hi there,

    Our is a 100% automated chatbot solution. We do not have an option, where you can chat with customers directly.

    You can add links of social media tools like Whatsapp or Messenger or Telegram inside the chatbot and send your visitor to these tools. This can be done using Links type message in our chatbot.

    At the moment, we don’t have a mobile app. The chat conversation is captured and sent to you as email notifications. You can also choose to send the data to any other tool in your workflow.
