Can users unsubscribe from website

    I only see the option to unsubscribe via text, but some of my users will be only getting messages via voice – how do they unsubscribe?

  • Hi there,

    There is no way that users can unsubscribe using the Lite version.

    The Pro version allows users to unsubscribe via a text message. Presumably even if you’re sending out voice messages, people could still opt-out via a text message?
