Can users reply to their own comments?

  • I have a number of people who I have set up on my account as authors or contributors so that they can contribute to my blog over the coming weeks. Are users able to reply to comments made to their own posts? If not, is there a workaround?

  • Yes – authors can reply to comments made on their own posts. In fact, with a little CSS, it’s possible to visually highlight which comments are from the post author.
