Can users register themselves without admin rights?

    I was under the impression that users can register themselves, but when I test on a non-logged in page, I see Only an administrator can add new users. Not very useful. Please advise.

    Hello,

    Yes, users can register themselves as well but for that to work you will need to go to Settings -> General and then check the Anyone can Register box under Membership.

    There is also a notice in your Dashboard about this if you have the plugin installed.
