Can Users have multiple instances of same workflow?

    In my case I am using workflow for Book creation.

    It is possible that user can work on multiple books at the same time. The book creation workflow will be same, but for each book there will be specific name, image folders etc. Ideally, users will start from where they left on the last workflow/book, or they can change their mind to work on another book.

    In that case how it will be displayed in admin Manager Users section?

    Only one workflow per page is possible at the moment.
    User management allows you to manage all the uses files across all workflows.

    Does that mean user will only be able to submit workflow only once? They can not create another instance?

    Let us say user completed the workflow and submitted. If user wants create another workflow of same kind (upload directory will be different at this time). How can we accomplish this?

    You can only embed one workflow shortcode per page. ie you cant have two workflows on the same page at the same time.

    Please just try it then ask a more specific question if something doesn’t work with details of your shortcode and problem.
