Can upPrev show a specific (fixed) post?

Hi,

UpPrev looks like a really great plugin, and I’m wondering if it can do these things:

1. Set and show a fixed/specific post – to highlight something on your site that’s really popular.

2. Always show the most recent published post – to draw attention to your latest article.

3. Exclude particular posts (or tags or categories) from ever being displayed – perhaps because the content is no longer relevant (e.g., a post for an offer or contest that’s over).
