Can uploaded files be found in Google?

    Hi there! Question about uploaded files: can they be found in Google? They are not in media library, but when you click on the link in the mail its /wp-content/uploads/forminator/filename. I dont want it to be found in Google because of privacy data, but it should be attached in mail. Thanks!

    I hope you’re well today!

    By “found in Google” do you mean actual Google search? If so then no – they wont’ be indexed/found by Google if they are not included in Media Library.

    You can, however, attach uploaded files to e-mails. You need to edit your e-mail notifications for given form and at the bottom of e-mail editor you have “Attachments” section which you can set to “Uplaoded files”.

    This way files will be included as attachments in those e-mails.
