This site is new, and nothing has been done yet because adding images is tricky. While I can upload to the media library, I can not add images to headers, logo areas, etc in any theme that I try. What happens is I upload and then I get to another page that would show the media library or allow me to “select and crop” and it’s blank.

I have tried both firefox and safari browsers. Everything is up to date.

I searched the forums but only found partially related content for specific plugins. This is site-wide and for any theme I’ve tried.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Thank you James. Interestingly, when I activate the Health Check plugin, I get a blank page with nothing but the number “1” in the upper left. This is consistent with multiple themes, as is the original problem.

Hm, ok, you’ll have to manually deactivate all plugins then.

Is there any improvement with no plugins active?

If so, reactivate each plugin individually until you find the one causing the problem.

Yes, that worked. Interestingly, I’ve only downloaded plugins recommended by the themes! Thanks
