Can track traffic, but no data on enhanced ecommerce

I installed this plugin, added in the UA tracking ID. However ours is gtag.js instead of universal.js, which is just the newer version of universal account. Starting this past weekend, my google analytics account is starting to track traffic again (we migrated host, tho we kept the domain), but nothing on enhanced ecommerce. I haven’t added anything to the funnel. In woocommerce > setting > integration, I checked every box except for:
– display advertising support
– use enhanced link attribution

How can i get my account to start tracking in enhanced ecommerce?
