How to make all landing pages noindex nofollow with Yoast?

Hi,

i have maybe 30 landing pages running and I’m looking for a way to easily make them all noindex nofollow.

Is the only way for me to open up each page, navigate to Yoast >> Advanced Tab >> click noindex nofollow?

Or is there a way to add a category or tag like “Landing Page’ to these 30 pages and then tell Yoast in dashboard >> Titles & Metas to exclude that category or tag? If so, how do I add categories or tags to pages?
