Can this work with instagram embeds in WP 5.6 ?

    As wordpress reacted to facebooks oembed-changes and stopped “o-embedding” simple instagram URLs automatically in version 5.6. – how could this plugin still be used for instagram-posts?

    To get my embeds working, I switched from inserting only the URL to now inserting the full embed code from Instagram in Text-Mode (yes, still in classic Editor).

    But this won’t be catched by the Embed Privacy plugin. What is the best way to deal with this?

    I thought about building my own shortcode function to wrap the Instgram Embed Code and hand it over to your “custom content function”. But ins’t there an easier way that I am missing?
