Can this work with get_next_post() and get_previous_post()?

    @mctenold : Hi,

    The plugin did not support your requested functionality until just now, in v2.6.

    I’ve added c2c_get_next_or_loop_post() and c2c_get_previous_or_loop_post(), which are like get_next_post() and get_previously_post(), respectively, except they loop around at the ends.
