    How can this plugin tag/segment users based on their purchase?

    Also, is there any support from Sendinblue? I see lots of unanswered questions and all the negative reviews relate to lack of updates/support.

    The plugin was updated recently, yet no replies to many forum support requests (&/or reviews).

    Similar in the main Sendinblue plugin – there seems to be very few replies to forum questions. This is quite concerning for anyone considering it as an alternative to their current solution.

    @neeraj_slit There is no issue / reason for you to request login details.

    Can this tag/segment users based on purchase?

    Also, there are several other posts (from other users) with no reply from support. Other people have similar enquiries. If support replied with answers, it would be much better for all of us.
