Can this search Image META data from Media Library to show those pages

  • Hi,

    I have a site built on a custom theme, but the default WordPress search doesn’t bring back pages with Media Galleries.

    So lots of pages have key contacts on them that are not showing the pages they’re on when you type them in the search. The Media gallery they’re in and individual media items have the correct ALT tags and description featuring their name.

    If we used this plugin, does it have the option to search via image META data?

    Hi,

    I’m afraid no, those are part of the processed content – and on top of that only attributes on HTML tags. Those are not directly stored in the posts content fields.
