Hi, I just downloaded this plugin and attempting to understand if if can work for us, but am a bit lost, so thought I’d ask here instead.

We’re building a directory listing site. The CRM will be used by the vendors with listings on our site. They are very basic/small vendors in the Philippines without ability today to track customers, transactions, other than on paper at worst, Excel at best.

We want to provide them a means to add customers and transactions so they can track their orders efficiently.

However as the vendors add customers, they should of course only see their own customers, not all customers in the database. Can ZBS support this?

Also the vendors should not have any access to our WP backend, only to selected features in the CRM for the aforementioned reasons. Can this also be achieved with ZBS?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @ahorppu,

No problem, happy to help guide you.

Currently ZBS does not natively support 1 CRM to multiple vendors. It can do this if you set up as a reseller via Multi-site, which is what a proportion of the users doing similar to you are doing. (https://zerobscrm.com/reseller)

We have a request in the system for something like what you’re asking for here, (named ‘Sites and Teams’, here https://zerobscrm.com/coming-soon/) which I’d recommend you vote on so you can get updated if and when we release it.

Currently however, ZBS sits in the wp-admin (although you can shut off access to all non-ZBS wp-admin elements), and is not segmentable by specific user ownership.

    Hope this helps

    All the best

    Woody
