Can this plugin help for custom posts used for Classipress ads?

Hi

Basically classipress is a WP classifieds ad theme and what I noticed is that if a user changes the title of an advert then it also changed the url to reflect the title. Can your plugin automatically deal with changes to the url of customs posts and how to set this up?
