Can this plugin generate a receipt after successful donation?

I want Person “A” to donate money to our non-profit to honor Person “B” using Paypal or credit card option on Paypal. After successfully donating the money, I want person “A” to get a customizable email that shows they paid and add some legal/tax stuff. I also want the person “B” to get an email to notify them that person “A” donated certain amount to honor his friend, Person “B”. Can this plugin do it and if not, if you know any other plugin to do it (unless Paypal can do it directly)? Thanks for any feedback or assistance…
