Can this plugin do this kind of animation

  • I am looking for a plugin that can do the type of animation seen here: https://dreamscapeimmersive.com/plan-ahead

    I can find plugins that can do the basic animation but I need one image to fade as the other enters the scene. I have all the animations in layers and saved as png files.
