Can this plugin convert images not in the uploads folder?

    Hello,
    I’ve been using your plugin for a while now and it works great, so thank you.

    However I was wondering whether it is possible to convert images that aren’t in the standard WordPress uploads directory?

    I have images in the media library and in another images in the theme I’ve built and would like to convert all images to webP.

    Hi @joshaw,

    Thank you for your message.

    The plugin only supports files in the media library. As a solution, you can try to add images to your media library instead of the theme directory.
