Can this plugin change the default for just images?

    I am hoping this plugin can do what I want, which is for all the images I upload to make “Allow Comments” and “Allow Trackbacks” to be DISABLED by default.

    I still want to use comments or trackbacks for my posts by default, but I hate that they are turned on by default also for images, which makes no sense.

    What options would I use in this plugin to make just images have comments and trackbacks turned-off by default?

    You need to configure:

    What to disable:
    + Comments
    + Trackbacks

    Where to disable:
    + for specific post types: Media

    This will only disable comments and trackbacks for media attachment pages.

    If what you want is just to uncheck the checkboxes by default only on media attachment pages, you’ll need to update to version 0.3.3. In previous versions, this worked for post, pages and custom post types but not for attachment pages. This should be fixed in version 0.3.3.
