    Hi wellbeingtips,

    You’re welcome! ??

This will help your speed, but this isn’t a page cache plugin… it only caches the CSS and JS. (It combines them into one file, minifies them, caches them, and serves a compressed gzipped version that’s a fraction of the original size.) A page caching plugin like WP Super Cache (use the mod_rewrite option) will make a remarkable speed improvement, especially when used in conjunction with this, because your site doesn’t need to load PHP or access the database on each page load. This both speeds up the individual page load time and also lowers your overall server load, which allows you to have more users on your site at once. So, yes, it will help all by itself…but how much varies by site.

For a detailed rundown of what this plugin does and what you can expect, please see these on the plugin’s main homepage:

Look at it this way…if you use a page cache plugin by itself…it makes a difference but there are still some optimization areas not fixed, so there’s still room for improvement. Likewise if you use this plugin it will help but there are still some unfixed optimization areas. But you use the two together, it’s a great thing as they really amplify the effect of the other.

    Hope that helps!
