Export of UTF8 text

  • My website is used by English and Chinese speakers. Some of the people signing our petitions would fill in their name and messages with Chinese characters. When I download the signature csv, the text becomes gibberish. I renamed the extension to txt, still gibberish.

    Thanks for that. As I don’t use these characters I am not sure of the solution. I will investigate.
