Can this be used to remove non-connection entries from the activity feed?

Can this plugin stop the activity feed from showing posts from unconnected members? I want members to see action inside groups they are part of whether they are friends or not. But I don’t want members seeing action inside groups they are not part of, nor general activity from members they are not somehow connected to.
