Can this be used for multisite?

Starting with teh disclaimer that I’ve never created a multisite instance.
I want to make a page that pulls all of the FB activity posted by family members. I realize I can do this by creating a group on FB, but getting members to post to the group is difficult.
I would rather create a multisite, setup individual Wp installs for each family member using FB, and put this plugin on each install.
The, using a multisite theme, pull posts from all multisite installs to create a feed of all family members.
Will this work? Is there an easier way to do that using this plugin?
