Can this be used as a widget for visitors to the site to shorten URLs

    Are you wanting to create a public URL shortener for people? So they could add their own links, unrelated to the actual WP site, and shorten them?

    Yes a public url shortener but to the domain alb.ae and spfl.scot

    My client has a site that he wants to use it on. See this link where he had something that was working but isn’t any longer with the latest version of WP. https://t612.wpoffsite.net/articles/
