Can this be modified for .mp3 links?

I’d like to obfuscate any mp3 urls on the page. In the html code, they won’t necessarily be within
<a href></a>. Is it possible to modify this plugin to search for any “https://somedomain.com/folder/song.mp3”? I’d like to do it only for urls that end with “.mp3”. Any thoughts?
