• Hi Dan, this is a great plugin. I just installed it and was able to get it to work quite quickly. All members of the state house and senate show up. All bills that I have entered are showing up also. Just what I needed. Thank you so much!

    Now to my questions:
    1. Can this be expanded to the US Senate and House in Washington, DC? Would be great to track on a national level also!
    2. Is there any way to edit how it displays on a page?

    Thanks, Mark

    1. It would require a different API that tracks federal legislation, but it would certainly be possible albeit a big project.
    2. You can change the CSS files in ./public/ but there is not currently an easy way to edit the page. That is part of the improvement plan, but I’ll be honest. I haven’t had a lot of time to work on Legisearch for the last couple years.

Thanks Dan. I definitely needed the state data that your plugin supplies. I did a little research and found where ProPublica took over the Sunlight Congress API. I am including a link. Thank you for creating the plugin. Hope you get some time to work on Legisearch.
