Can this be done?

Hey there,

Let me start by saying this is a great plugin. After searching for a bit I found this and it does exactly what I needed.

I do have a question. I am making City and State a mandatory field for my sign up page. I have a few users from Canada who want to participate and I am trying to figure out if and how I can make it so I can make it simple for them to sign up, but still keep the info mandatory.

Is there an option that I can have a drop down that would say “USA,Canada” then allow their province, etc to be added. or is it just easier to have an “Other” option in the City/State drop down I currently have. If I use other can they manually enter their info?
