Can this be configured for Mobile only?

I have to tell you that I’ve been searching far and wide for a plugin that can do just what you’ve achieved. There’s just one little tweak I need.

I only want the splash page to pop up when someone is viewing the site using a mobile device. The message I’ve created asks viewers to rotate their smart phone horizontally so they get the best viewer experience when using our website. I don’t need it to pop up when someone is visiting the site using a desktop computer.

Is there anyway to have the splash page show only when accessed by a mobile device?
