Can the url be set programatically?

Hi, I love this plugin, it’s fantastic. However, I have a requirement to add query tags based on variables that are obtained through php ([insert_php] plugin) and I was wondering if it was possible to set the iframe source using these variables?
I have created a $url variable that has the address as well as the query strings that need to be added, I just need a way to add this variable to the iframe source.
