Can the survey database be updated

Mr. William,

I have a developer so I have assistance with this question
I understand we can’t edit the existing survey so we copy it.
However, I would like to append the count for the questions where I am asking yes/no/unsure. Is this possible

If question 1 old has 5 answers and the new one has 10, it would now reflect 11

if the answers have yes(3), No (7) Unsure (0), it would not be yes (4), No(7) Unsure (0)
