Can the signature editor be moved to User Settings in some way?

The signature editor can be set to appear in a Profile Group. But it appears in an un predictable position in that profile group.

And it can’t be moved as far as I can see.

It’s a slightly weird place to put it.

It would be much easier to deal with if it was in its own area in some way.

Could it get its own tab? The problem is that I can create a Profile Group to put it in, but unless I put a placeholder field into it, the tab will never appear in the Profile view. Because the system thinks that there are no fields in the Profile Group so it doesn’t display it..
