Can the page after confirmation be customized?

I am using subscribe2 plugin to collect email addresses plus to give the new subscribers a link to download an e-book pdf.

So I am wondering if I can add a line saying “Please download your e-book with a link”, into the page that new subscribers are forwarded to after the subscriber confirms his/her email address?

This page that new subscribers are forwarded to says by default: “You have successfully subscribed!”
If I can add my line to it would be great plus a link. Is it possible?

Another way is if I could create a custom page and send the subscriber to that page after their email confirmation?
