Can the order of ‘Categories’ be altered as can be done with ‘Pages’?

    It’s post-a-go-go here…

    I love the fact that I can choose to order the Pages as I like. I would LOVE to be able to do the same with the blog Categories.

    How can this be done? Do I have to get into the database to change this? If so…proper series of steps?
