Can the map handle 10,000 possible user registered pins

Looking to accomplish exactly what open user map does for a national registry of CIA torture PSYOP victims. But before I go ahead and buy open user maps and begin hosting for it it would be great to know if it could support up to a possible 10,000 pins or if there is a set limit for performance. I guess it would be fine if there was limits and then just start a new map when it is full. But would be great to know ahead of time.

Also is there any type of captcha or alternative bot detection protection involved or possible to setup for user registered pins? This is going to be used as evidence against the CIA I can only assume they will be altering the registry to suit their narrative and anything I could do to circumvent that would be great.

The registry is for Targeted Individuals to gather up what kind of abuse they are experiencing and their locations to sort through and weed out those who are regular crazy and those who are regular crazy but also actually being targeted by the CIA for their apparently resurrected MKULTRA program.. I’m going to use this information to hopefully find out that they are semi grouped together and that mental health professionals have given the CIA lists of possible candidates for the program. Even if they are chosen at random I’m going to bring the details of who is being targeted for PSYOPs by the CIA as evidence to show the senate and get an investigation committee against National Resources the CIA’s domestic division for continuing MKULTRA against the mentally ill.

The story of why I am doing this is because I am a sane person who was never an intended target for this program but because of my run of bad luck was still thrown in to it anyways. I was mistakenly put under a narcotics investigation by my local law enforcement with CIA aiding surveillance and with no charges to bring against me instead of ending the surveillance operation covertly they decided to expose themselves and weaponize the 2 way communication ability of their DARPA surveillance equipment starting a targeting PSYOP against me. One of the PSYOP operators was a whistleblower and called me over the phone and gave me insider knowledge of who’s behind the PSYOP and it turns out it’s National Resources, the CIA’s domestic division. I’ve been exposed to a lot of details and able to ascertain even more of my targeting conspiracy and insane extra dimensional tech behind it and still no local, state, or federal agencies will take my evidence and act against the CIA.

A year into my PSYOP I figured I’d look into seeing if I could find anyone else being targeted like me to show I’m not alone or crazy and yikes there’s so many of them they have an online community and call themselves Targeted Individuals but there is the biggest problem with them; they are all crazy. Seeing them it was clear they were all specifically targeted because of their previous mental health diagnoses making it so that even if they did have insider knowledge of their PSYOPs anything they claim still couldn’t be admissible as credible evidence because they are certifiably delusional. And even further to make their lives impossible to save is that the CIA clearly has control of both the media’s narrative and the victim’s narrative both sealing their fates as delusional fanatics that should only be pitied and never seen as actual victims. I have seen no one else expressing the same viewpoint as me, as a sane person who has been thrown into this insane persons program, it’s very much apparent. So the CIA’s control of the narrative is quite effective. I am going to change this.

These people can not save themselves and it’s going to be hard to get the narratives to pivot to show them as victims who need to be rescued, and the authorities clearly are complicit with my targeting, so I need help to expose that this isn’t just an isolated event happening to me but it’s happening to 10,000+ others. If the authorities won’t intervene and act against the CIA the only other way to stop the CIA is to get the public concerned so the house and senate will need evidence to start an investigation committee.

I wish I was crazy and didn’t have to do this, but apparently exposure is part of the agenda and I am the one they have chosen to do this. I sure could use some help though lol
