can the main title after regstration be deleted or altered??

I would like 2 no that when v 4 the 1st time register 2 w/press v hav 2 give our blog a name. I accidental gave a wrong name can i later on change it ?? My sites name is “My 1st blog” so can i change it. Plz advice !!!
