Can the Chatbot Learn by uploading a document?

You might want to use an Assistant. That way you have control over the content that you include in the chatbot. Assistants are easy to build and easy to incorporate into your site.

After you’ve built your Assistant, there will be a unique identifier.

It will start with “asst_” followed by lots of number and letters.

But, basically you add a short code to a page, post or footer on your site.

The shortcode will look like this:

[chatbot style=embedded assistant=asst_your_assistant_id_goes_here]

That’s all there is to it.
