Can the admin add post for members?

Hello,

You can create a post from wp-admin and assign the author from the bottom of the screen. If you do not see the author option, you may have to enable it from screen options.

Thanks, I can see the option now, but now, when i click on the option to enable custom access settings, it switches back to off after updating. I have tried to create a new form as well to test and it is not working. https://imgur.com/av1oquq

If you want create a post on behalf of an user, then you have to check the author option from the top right corner https://prntscr.com/8hc326

What is your user role?

Only admin can see that option.
