    Hi there,

I understand that if I make a post sticky it appears under the slider and that’s great. It looks wonderful.

I’m wondering… can I somehow insert text at the top of the page above the slider. My blog page is now my home page if that makes any difference.

    Thank you!
    Julia

  • Text… do you mean static text?

Hi, Yes I mean a block of static text (maybe with a picture, but I don’t want to get greedy – lol). I’d like this block of text to be above the slider.

    Thank you for any help!

Simply add your text in home.php before <?php /********* Slider Section. *********/ ?>
If you want give a style, wrap it in a div class tag, and add your CSS to the custom css area in Leaf options.
Don’t make this modification in original theme, but install Leaf child theme, copy the interested file and do the modification there, then activate the theme.
