    Hello,

    on a website working with Stripe we can t pay with CB since 48H (19 July 2018).

    Last days we got some successfull orders with Stripe without any error.

    Actually we got the error :
    Le traitement du paiement a échoué. Veuillez réessayer.
    in Eng : Unable to process this payment, please try again.

    We have last version of Woocommerce and Stripe plugin
    I tried to rollback Stripe to previous version but i got the same error.

    Can t find any log of Stripe in Woocommerce/statuts.
    No more stripe log in /www/wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/

    Is there another way to get him ?
    Any idea to resolve this ?

    Hello,

    Can t find any log of Stripe in Woocommerce/statuts.

    I find this, Logs aren t activate in default configuration.

    Any idea to resolve this ?

    I t s working again like a charm since Friday 22h30, without any action…

    Dont know how, and why…

    Hey @digeek,

    If the problem resolved itself without any action from you, it could have been a temporary issue with your Stripe account or Stripe’s service.

    You can enable logging for Stripe by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments, then click “Manage” to the right of Stripe. Once you’ve enabled logging, you will see the logs and any errors coming from Stripe in the location you mentioned in your reply.
