Can super cache be used with all ssl?

I have my general settings in WP set to https, yet with super cache enabled, some pages are not being served as SSL and the site in general isnt being redirected from http to https like it normally would be. Is there a reason why Super Cache has an issue with this and a way it can be resolved?
