Some of my subscribers want to receive posts as they are published while others want a daily digest – is it possible for them to edit their own settings? They don’t appear to have these options on the manage settings form.

    Thanks, loving MailPoet ??

  • Hi there @bw3em,

I’ll duplicate my reply here ??

So if I got it right, you’d like subscribers to be able to choose whether they want to receive Post Notification emails as posts are published or a daily digest.

If that’s the case, you can create a subscription form with a List Selection block and create two separate lists, something like “Instant post notifications” and “Daily digests”. Your subscribers will be able to subscribe to the list they prefer.

After it’s done, you can create your Post Notification emails and assign each to a specific list.

    Cheers!

Thanks, so I duplicated my Digest list, and tried to remove the subscribers from my new individual Posts list, but they disappeared from both lists. I’ve restored them but don’t want them all on both lists! Please advice ??

Also, under Manage Subscriptions, it still only shows the one list!

How did you do that? If you want to remove a subscriber from a list, you need to edit each subscriber individually.

Alternatively, you can export your subscribers, delete them, divide the CSV file into two, and then import each file to a specific list.

Have you just created it? If so, can you please click Recalculate in MailPoet > Lists – https://d.pr/i/7mcYqc – and check if the list is still not there?

Let me know how that goes!

No, I bulk selected all subscribers to remove them. The second attempt worked and I now have 2 working lists.

Re the list not showing up in the checklist, I hadn’t selected that list to show! have now and all good, thanks ??

Yeah, you can also use subscribers’ bulk actions indeed ??

I’m glad you’re all good now! Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
