Can subfolder "sites" be "full functioning" without login?

I love the plugin. Great work Mr. Hermenau. It does exactly what you say it will. I have used it to clone several sites from the main site. It is a great timesaver.
But I would like to see the plugin create subfolder sites that do not need to “stop” at the login screen for the main site. Is this possible to set up somewhere in settings?
example: when I type in the URL: samplesite.com/tom
I will go directly to that site without stopping at the main samplesite.com login page. Can the login be disabled for subfolders at this juncture?
