Can still access my protected files

    Hello,

    I am hosting with Siteground and as per their latest upgrade early 2020, I should be ok using your free version plugin.

    Is there a reason why I can still view the protected URL link (example provided above) when testing in an incognito window (or when logged out) ? I have cleared all my cache and tested the link on another computer to be sure, but still can view the file.

    Since you’re using SiteGround, could you please double-check if you have enabled NGINX Direct Delivery caching option?

    If so, it might explain why you can still view the protected URL without permission.
