Can SSO be enabled only for certain accounts?

    A client with a membership site has one large customer who wants to use SAML SSO to centrally manage their own employees’ memberships. That would be overkill for most of the other customers.

    Is SSO optional with this plugin or would it be required for all customers on the site?

    Yes, the use case that you mentioned can be achieved using our plugin. You can add an SSO button on the WP login page which gives the flexibility to choose whether the user wants to use the SSO functionality or login through their WP Credentials.
