Can Someone Tell me How to Update?

    I just spent ten minutes searching around… I bought a license a while back, apparently now expired, Shiftnav plugin in WordPress is prompting me to update but I get a “Download failed, unauthorized” message, can someone give me a hint on how to accomplish this process? It shouldn’t be this confusing. Thanks, MTN

    P.S., Adding to the confusion, when I click on the “Updates” tab in Shiftnav settings in WordPress, it tells me “License is valid.” But doesn’t show any options to update the plugin…

    I believe you’ve already done so, but if not, please Submit a Ticket and we’ll help you out. This forum is only for the free version of the plugin, not the Pro version – thanks

    Thanks for getting back. I think I’ll try running without the plugin and see how it goes. And I’ll do a Ticket if I decide to keep using it. It’s a good plugin for what it does, but I just don’t have time to fiddle around with upgrades.
