Can someone recommend a backup plugin?

  • I’ve been backing up my site/database through phpMyAdmin on a localhost setup and simply making copies of the wordpress folder.

    I would like to use a plugin for backing up both.

    YIKES! There are so many!

    I’ve looked at EZPZ and Simple WordPress Backup.
    Anyone got suggestions on the best way to backup?
